Making a Purchase
Just browse the store and add any items that you wish to buy into the ‘shopping basket’
Once you have finished your selection just click on ‘checkout’ where you will be
asked a few details to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment online or alternatively, you may email or post
your order and send a cheque made payable to MITES.
Please write your home address,cheque card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque.
Your order will be despatch once the cheque is cleared.
Delivery
All garments will be sent via Royal Mail first class post and we aim
to despatch within 2 working days from receipt.
However please allow 1 week for the goods to reach you.
Please note all delivery charges have been priced due to the
garments weight as we feel this is only fair.
All orders above £40.00 will be sent free of charge.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can only be made if we receive the returned items in the
original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition, within one month from receipt.
We guarantee your satisfaction.
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
Unfortunately we cannot accept items if they have been damaged in the wash.
Please follow the care instructions on the garment.
When sending a return we recommend that you send it registered
post as the goods remain your responsibility until recieved by us.
Obviously if the goods are faulty we will cover the cost incurred.
